Caring For Irvine CA Area Pets and Our Community
Irvine Pet Complex is proud to give back to our community through community sponsorships and educational opportunities:
Irvine Pet Complex is associated with the Coastline Regional Occupational Program, which allows ROP students the opportunity to gain real world experience in the fields of their choice. We have been fortunate to work with many exceptional ROP students throughout the years, and currently have several employees on staff that started their Irvine Pet Complex experience through the ROP program.
Irvine Pet Complex is a proud sponsor of local sports teams including the 2011 University High School Girls Volleyball Team and the 2011 Woodbridge Warriors Boys Basketball Team.
Irvine Pet Complex has an outstanding relationship with Irvine Animal Care and Control and the Irvine Animal Care Center. We have been involved in the care and treatment of many stray animals that have been placed in loving homes throughout the Irvine Area. Dr. Gestine, Dr. Harner, and the reception, grooming, and kennel staff were proud to participate in the 2010 IACC Pet Trek Event at Woodbridge Park. We had a great time meeting and greeting many wonderful pets and their owners, and were proud to support the shelter in their efforts to care for homeless, abused and neglected pets in our area.
Dr. Harner participated in the 2011 Kids Who Care Foundation Pet Fashion Show Charity Event which helped benefit the Irvine Animal Care Center. Dr. Harner had a great time serving as a judge for the Pet Fashion Show and would like to congratulate all the winning pets (and their owners!). For more information on this great organization, whose mission is to cheer up critically ill children, visit the Kids Who Care website.
