Rob Harner, D.V.M.
Dr. Harner completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine and received his D.V.M. from the University of California, Davis. His professional interests include preventive medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, geriatrics, dermatology, dentistry, and ophthalmology. Compassion and medical knowledge, combined with a strong focus on client education, form the basis of his practice philosophy. Dr. Harner looks forward to playing an integral role in maintaining the health and happiness of your pet.
Melissa Rellinger, D.V.M.
Dr. Rellinger earned her Bachelor of Science degree with academic distinction from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2007 and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the prestigious University of California, Davis in 2011. Helping people and their pets is Dr. Rellinger's greatest professional joy. She enjoys forming bonds with her furry patients, creating lasting relationships with their human parents, and working as a team with her clients while utilizing the highest quality of medicine to promote a happy and healthy life for her patients.
Her primary areas of interest include Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Geriatric Care, and Preventative Medicine. She also has quite a soft spot for her feline patients. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association, and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association.
In her free time, Dr. Rellinger enjoys yoga, cooking, foodie adventures, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her rescue dog, Archie. She looks forward to serving the Irvine community and working with your pets!
Susan Steiner, D.V.M.
Dr. Steiner attended University of California, Davis where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with Summa Cum Laude academic distinction in 1995 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She has been providing the highest quality care to her clients and their pets in the Orange County area for the past 16 years.
Her professional interests include Soft-Tissue Surgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, and Ultrasonography.
In her free time Dr. Steiner enjoys spending time with family and friends, and participating in numerous outdoor activities. As a running enthusiast she has completed several half and full marathons across the United States. She enjoys hiking the trails of the Back Bay with her 2 dogs: Jackson, a Golden Retriever, and Dylan, her rescue Bichon mix.
Dr. Steiner is excited to join the cohesive team at Irvine Pet Complex where she can continue providing high quality, compassionate medical care for her patients, and develop trusting bonds with their caregivers. She looks forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
Chad Maki, D.V.M.
Dr. Maki earned his B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. He worked extensively in the field of stem cell research in Irvine prior to pursuing his D.V.M. at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Since completing his veterinary program he has moved back to Orange County with his wife and newborn son. He is a member of AVMA, CVMA and RCVS. Dr. Maki sees your pet as a family member and strives to provide the utmost care and compassion with an emphasis on high quality veterinary medicine.
