Dr. Sabrina Keigley is joining the Irvine Pet Complex family as Medical Director in April 2019! She originally hails from the hills of Clarksburg West Virginia (you may on occasion note a little southern drawl) and has a B.S. in Animal and Veterinary Science from West Virginia University (1998). She is also proud to be a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine! Go Buckeyes! Dr. Keigley has worked in small animal general practice and has practiced in Bethlehem, PA; Morgantown, WV; and has spent 9 years practicing in Cleveland, Ohio prior to migrating to Orange County. She has additional training in Practice Management, including the Ohio Veterinary Leadership Institute and via working under Marsha Heinke, DVM, CPA for four years at a suburban Cleveland practice.
Dr. Keigley has a holistic as well as conventional background which makes Orange County a perfect fit! In addition to traditional state-of-the art veterinary medicine, Dr. Keigley has a special interest in the use of rehabilitation, western herbs, nutritional/food therapy, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine as a resource for total pet care.
Dr. Keigley enjoys spending time with her two sons and her one cat relaxing playing video games, watching action flicks, and going for hikes. She also spends a fair amount of free time training for competitive bodybuilding, even gaining two athletic sponsors and branching out into fitness modeling.
